Only authorized administrators can access full user data. Employees and clients see only their own or assigned information.

All data is encrypted, transmitted via HTTPS, and stored in EU data centers with strict controls.

6. Retention

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for operational or legal purposes. You can request deletion or correction anytime.

PlanWiser (“wij”, “ons”) respecteert uw privacy en voldoet aan de EU-GDPR en de Nederlandse AVG. Dit beleid legt uit hoe wij uw persoonsgegevens verzamelen en gebruiken.

2. Gegevens die wij verzamelen
  • Identiteit: naam, werknemer/klant-ID, identificatiedocumenten.
  • Contact: telefoon, e-mail, locatiegegevens.
  • Werk/Project: opdrachten, planningen, gebeurtenissen.
  • Uploads: foto’s, ID-scans en andere bestanden.
  • Technisch: IP-adres, apparaatinfo, loggegevens.
3. Doel van verwerking
  • Beheer van werknemers, klanten en projectactiviteiten.
  • Beveiligde toegang en kwaliteitsverbetering.
  • Naleving van contractuele en wettelijke verplichtingen.
4. Toegangscontrole

Alleen geautoriseerde beheerders hebben toegang tot alle gebruikersgegevens. Werknemers en klanten zien alleen hun eigen of toegewezen informatie.

5. Gegevensbeveiliging

Alle gegevens worden versleuteld, via HTTPS verzonden en binnen EU-datacenters opgeslagen met strikte toegangscontrole.

6. Bewaartermijn

Persoonsgegevens worden slechts bewaard zolang dit nodig is voor operationele of wettelijke doeleinden. U kunt altijd verwijdering of correctie aanvragen.

7. Uw rechten

U kunt inzage, correctie, verwijdering of beperking van verwerking aanvragen volgens de AVG via privacy@planwiser.com.

8. Wijzigingen

Wij kunnen dit beleid bijwerken. De nieuwste versie wordt gepubliceerd met een nieuwe ingangsdatum.
