1. Acceptance

By using PlanWiser (web or mobile), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

PlanWiser provides tools to manage employees, clients, projects and project events, including contact details, locations and ID photo uploads.

3. User Accounts
  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Accounts are personal; sharing credentials is forbidden.
  • Admins may suspend or delete accounts for violations or security reasons.
4. Data Access & Ownership
  • Personal data and uploads remain property of the user or organization.
  • Only admins see full employee/client records.
  • Regular users see only their own or assigned projects.
5. Acceptable Use
  • No sharing of confidential data outside authorization.
  • No upload of illegal or infringing content.
  • No attempts to bypass security or access others’ data.
6. Intellectual Property

All software, design and content are owned by Byte Builders B.V. and protected under Dutch law.

7. Liability

PlanWiser is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Access may be terminated for violations, legal requirements or maintenance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands (EU).

Algemene Voorwaarden – PlanWiser

Ingangsdatum: Januari 2025

1. Aanvaarding

Door gebruik te maken van PlanWiser (web of mobiel), gaat u akkoord met deze voorwaarden. Bent u niet akkoord, gebruik de dienst dan niet.

2. Beschrijving van de dienst

PlanWiser biedt hulpmiddelen voor het beheer van werknemers, klanten en projecten, inclusief contact- en locatiegegevens en ID-foto’s.

3. Gebruikersaccounts
  • Informatie moet correct en actueel zijn.
  • Accounts zijn persoonlijk; delen is niet toegestaan.
  • Beheerders mogen accounts schorsen of verwijderen bij overtreding of veiligheidsrisico’s.
4. Toegang & Eigendom
  • Gegevens blijven eigendom van de gebruiker of organisatie.
  • Alleen beheerders zien volledige records.
  • Gebruikers zien enkel eigen of toegewezen projecten.
5. Toegestaan gebruik
  • Geen delen van vertrouwelijke informatie buiten autorisatie.
  • Geen upload van illegale of inbreukmakende inhoud.
  • Geen pogingen om beveiliging te omzeilen of anderen te benaderen.
6. Intellectuele eigendom

Alle software, ontwerpen en inhoud zijn eigendom van Byte Builders B.V. en beschermd volgens Nederlands recht.

7. Aansprakelijkheid

PlanWiser wordt aangeboden “zoals het is”. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte of gevolgschade.

8. Beëindiging

Toegang kan worden beëindigd bij overtreding, wettelijke eisen of onderhoud.

9. Toepasselijk recht

Deze voorwaarden vallen onder het Nederlands recht (EU).
